National Modified Production Title Nominations

The Information and Nomination Forms for the National Modified Production Title being host by Maryborough Sporting Car Club are now available on this website. 

Select the Forms tab, then Title Nominations.  There is the Information Sheet, Nomination Form, Itinerary and Statement by Supplier form.

Please ensure that when you nominate that you complete all 3 pages of the Nomination Form and the Statement by Supplier Form (if applicable) and return all 4 pages to State Secretary, P.O. Box 775, Hervey Bay Q 4655 on or before Friday 22nd February 2008.

You are required to complete a Statement by Supplier Form if you declare your racing to be a hobby.  If you do not return a completed Statement By Supplier Form you may have 48.5% of any money due to you withheld and forwarded to the Australian Taxation Office.  This is a requirement by the Australian Taxation Office.

If you declare your racing not to be a hobby, you will required to supply to Speedway Sedans Australia a compliant Tax Invoice at the completion of the meeting before any money can be paid to you.

All Qld registered car owners will receive a copy of all the paperwork in the next 4/5 days by mail.
