Cairns Visit

Over the past weekend State President Paul Gannon, Vice President Jim Cowley and Qld SSA Technical Rep Bill Peall visited the Cairns International Speedway complex.  They were made to feel very welcome by all members of the Cairns Speedway Sedan Club as well as all other divisions competing on the night.

The visit enabled good dialogue between the QSCA and Cairns club officials in preparation of the Modified Production State Title being run in Cairns next June for the 08/09 season.  Paul, Jim and Bill all speak highly of the many improvements made to the speedway complex since the last visit to Cairns.

Unfortunately, rain prevented the nights programme from being completed, but the racing during the night had been very entertaining.
