Nominations are now in for the Opening Round of the Beerwah Exhaust and Mechanical, J & M Racecraft 4 Cylinder Super Series.
Lucas Oil Kingaroy Speedway this Saturday night, will play host to 25 of the best 4 Cylinder drivers in Australia, in what is set to be a super contest. With Current Queensland Title Holder and series favourite Tim Weir to battle it out with NSW Champ Trent Dhu and a host of other drivers round 1 will set the tone for the entire series.
With the format of three heats and a 20 lap reverse grid final (with Passing Points) anything can happen, while the series can’t be won at the first round it can easily be lost. With a points system that rewards consistency and DNF’s receive 0 points, finishing races is super important.
The top six points scorers from the heats will also battle it out in the Super Six. This event will see three two lap sprint races with each race the reverse finishing order of the last. Points are awarded for each two lap event to crown a Super Six Winner for the night.
Competitors will receive a unique set of trophies custom made by J & M Racecraft out of polished Aluminium. These alone will have the drivers chomping at the bit for the win.
