RIP Murray Gegg

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of a speedway icon…Murray Gegg. Murray was well known in all speedway circles having been involved throughout his whole life in many and varied ways.
Murray was the owner of one of the cars that the great and late Grenville Anderson won so many races in, in the late 1980′s and early 1990′s. Murray has had a relationship with many people in speedway through importing and supplying parts. Murray had a large friendship base and always had time to talk to anyone.
More recently Murray gained a lot of pleasure from helping his son, Matthew and daughter, Fiona race in the Junior Street Sedan division through the Charlton Raceway.
Murray will be missed by many people and the QSCA Inc Executive Committee take this opportunity to express deepest sympathy to Lorraine, Matthew, Melissa and Fiona and family.
