A reminder that the above meeting is being held next weekend 5th & 6th August at the Chermside Bowls Club, Rode Road, Chermside from 9am Saturday. All members of the QSCA are welcome to attend these meetings. Each Club has two voting Delegates to the meeting on any issues requiring voting, all others present are deemed to be observors and are made welcome and their input is valued. Observors are required to seek permission of their Club delegate to contribute to the meeting. Lunch is provided at the venue for a nominal cost and for catering purposes a quick phone call to either Terese on 0419 733 299 or Pam on 0417 137 740 would help with this. Come along and take a part in the discussions, decisions and directions your State Body takes for the next season. Please ensure that your Club has paid their current seasons Affiliation prior to attending the meeting – as per the Constitution – no voting rights to those clubs who are unfinancial.
