Not only did Todd Doyle go flag to flag but it was a back to back win in the Handy Hire Australian Modified Production Title at Maryborough tonight. Congratulations to car owners Trevor and Leslie Rachow of Gympie.
Completing a fast lap time of 15.931 during the 40 lap event guaranteed that the pace was sizzling behind him. Very few stoppages duing the race meant hot tyres, hot engines, hot radiators on a warm Queensland night.
Official results are: Todd Doyle, Andrew Blackwell, Greg Worling, Paul Hussey, Aidan Raymont, Robert Trapp, Troy Ware, Darren Cockerill, Trevor Mills, Justin Drew. DNF’s were Shane MacDonald, Mark Carlin, Darren White, Steve Price, David Jacobi, Terry Brown, Gavin Fletcher, Bryan Galley, Ashley Barron and Wayne Gilroy.
